How we work

One standard, run the same way for everyone. Then proven, every month.

One architecture, one operating cadence, one evidence repository. Applied identically to every client we take.

The single standard

We build to one baseline.

Most providers build to whatever the client will pay for. We build to a baseline derived from financial-sector requirements and apply it to everyone.

Administrator rights removed
Staff cannot install software or change security settings. Credentials that remain are rotated automatically.
Multi-factor on every identity
Every sign-in, for every person and every system, needs a second check.
Secure access instead of a VPN
Every connection, in the office or remote, goes through the same checkpoint and policy.
24/7 security operations center
Threat detection on every managed computer, watched around the clock by real analysts.
Locked, separate backups
Backups kept in separate storage that cannot be altered or deleted before their retention date.
Tamper-resistant email archive
Mail captured to an archive that cannot be quietly edited.
Security awareness training
For every user, with phishing tests, included at no extra charge.

Zero trust, in plain terms

Nothing gets in on trust.Every request is checked, every time.

A sign-in from the office is treated the same as one from a hotel. Who you are, the device you are on and what you are asking for are all verified before anything opens. A stolen password alone gets nowhere.

Around the clock

At 2 a.m. on a Sunday, a person is watching. Not an alert email nobody reads.

Our clients are monitored by a security operations center staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by real security analysts. It is part of the standard on every account, not an upgrade.

  1. 01

    Detect

Every managed computer reports suspicious activity the moment it happens.

  2. 02

    Investigate

Analysts in a 24/7 security operations center look at it, day or night, weekends and holidays.

  3. 03

    Respond

Real threats are acted on and escalated to our team, with the record kept for your file.

Secure access, everywhere

See what your network is actually doing.Every week, in plain English.

Every connection your staff makes, at the office, at home or on the road, goes through the same secure checkpoint. Dangerous sites are blocked, the office firewall is replaced, and nobody needs a VPN.

Evidence

Security you cannot demonstrate is security you cannot defend.

Every month we collect the artifacts: patch status, threat detections, sign-in records, device health, backup and retention status, access reviews. They are filed where you can open them directly. Not a summary. The artifacts.

Every quarter we restore your data and verify it. A backup report proves a job ran. A restore test proves your business can come back.

The boundary

What we do and do not undertake.

We design, implement, operate and evidence security controls. We do not determine, certify or warrant your compliance. Those determinations rest with you and your counsel, compliance officer, auditors or accreditation body, using the evidence we produce.

We would rather hand you proof than a promise.

Questions

Straight answers.

What is zero trust, in plain terms?

Nothing on your network is trusted just because it is inside the office. Every sign-in, every device and every request is checked before it reaches your email, files or systems, and anything that fails a check is stopped and logged.

How long does onboarding take?

It depends on how many people and locations you have and what we are replacing. Before we start, you get a written plan with the order of work and the dates, and we move one piece at a time so nobody loses access to what they need.

What happens if I get a security questionnaire from a client?

Send it to us. We will tell you which answers are true today, which are not, and what it would take to change that, before you commit to anything.

Do you support businesses outside Spokane?

We serve Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls and the greater Inland Northwest, with remote support for client locations in other states.

What size company do you work with?

Roughly 15 to 50 people, in regulated or contract-driven industries. We take a limited number of clients on purpose, so every client has a team that knows their setup.

Can you make my business compliant?

No, and that is the right answer. We design, run and evidence the security controls. Whether you are compliant is decided by you and your counsel, compliance officer, auditors or accreditation body, using the evidence we produce. Anyone who promises to make you compliant is either inexperienced or selling something.

Send us the questionnaire.

If a client, insurer or general contractor has sent you a security questionnaire, send it over. We will tell you honestly which answers are true today, which are not, and what it would take to change that, before you commit to anything.
